One of my favorite albums this year is the criminally overlooked debut from Montreal's Priestess. Heavy, groovy, and catchy as hell...in a smarter world Priestess would be headlining hockey arenas. Thankfully, the band are total road dogs, and hopefully their upcoming tour with Mastodon and Converge will help break them in the manner they deserve.
