SXSW stuff: Buzzcocks

Despite the fact that SXSW is almost exclusively about discovering new bands, there were a few old-school artists down there showing the whipper-snappers how it should be in point were the mighty Buzzcocks. In existence since 1975, these oldsters quite literally showed up at the Snocap Tent Party, plugged in, and ripped through an amazingly high-energy set of classics and newer songs, putting most of the sixty or so bands playing at that same moment within a twenty block radius to shame.

Here's how they looked to me from the pit (which like the stage, was populated by an older than most group for SXSW):
