As fans of theirs from back when they were called Mad Action, we're pleased to see that Philly's badass garage noise merchants The Cobbs have jumped on to the Black Rebel Motorcycle Club tour for about three weeks of dates. Like BRMC, The Cobbs play a catchy kind of rock that throbs and grates, but underneath is straight up pop structure. That's going to be a great double bill.
